By accessing Proseo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Upon payment of the one-time fee, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use Proseo for the number of seats purchased. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of activation codes is prohibited.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use it to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to bypass free-usage limits via automated means.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or search-engine outcomes. Search algorithms change; results vary.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Email refunds@proseo.app within 30 days of purchase for a full reimbursement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proseo's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (US$19).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before taking effect.
